3rd year review :

1st year : No issue (except a dropping arm-rest)
2nd year : Joystick replaced at Falcon Service center
3rd year : Controller replaced at Falcon Service center
Both batteries charging cycles are depleting since last year therefore I guess they may soon require replacements too.

After-sale service review : Falcon Mobility does not have a Service Center other than in KL and Singapore. I live in Kota Tinggi (Johor), and my wife had to take the wheelchair to Singapore to their Service Center for past two repairs. During the last visit, staff there were helpful in getting the replacement done in few hours after knowing the distance travelled. Appreciations.

Like any wheelchair, this requires maintenance and replacement of Spare parts over time. I was told Falcon Mobility provides Visiting Repairs when inquired just before buying the product but this wasn't the case at the time of need, and the response from Sales person faded over time. Their Singapore branch also barely responds to calls or emails. Besides, Spare Parts prices are very costlier too.

Final review : Although costlier, I chose Falcon Mobility because it is an established brand. I also purchased a Transfer chair lately. But I figure regardless of model or brand soon or later Motorized Wheelchairs undergo some form of repairs, and I personally find it would be worthier for me to settle down for a cheaper brand probably half the cost, use for a year or two and discard when it shows signs for repairs rather than having to go thru hassle and expensive repairs. The decision of course rely on where one lives.

Tried the wheelchair once, on the whole easy to control, but the reversing into the lift takes practice.

Suitability: indoor use so far ok, yet to try outdoor

Super fast and received in 2 days.

It's been a year since my son who weighs nearly 55 kg is using this wheelchair. No problems so far except the Left and Right handles do not rest at upright position when raised (tightening their bolts with Allen key didn't help over the time). Looped couple of Cable-Ties to limit them from falling behind.
Just about to install a Ramp in the house at the specified gradient. Have to wait and see how it performs. Overall a good model.
